GANA (hear, think, understand) The coming of the Amity and the colonisation of Quandamooka Country: Unearthing the 1820s via the 2020s

In association with the National Trust Queensland Redlands Community Group, GANA ((hear, think, understand) event starts with morning tea followed by a panel discussion about perspectives of learning and unlearning the 1820s-50s history of Minjerribah and surrounding areas.
 

Leaving the Museum at 10.00 for a 'walk and talk' guided tour of the causeway and garrison heritage sites including questions about protection and conservation.

Returning to the museum for a morning tea followed by a panel discussion about perspectives of learning and unlearning the 1820s-50s history of Minjerribah and surrounding areas.

Includes guided tour and booklet, morning tea, panel presentation

**Access to Minjerribah requires a ferry trip from the mainland at Toondah Harbour.  The ferry trip takes 30 minutes plus a 10-15 minute walk to meet at the Museum.
